All Sales Are Final Because all products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through the chat feature on our website. Include your order number and photos of the issue and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refund Process Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as production begins shortly after an order is confirmed. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed.
