Processing Time All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
